Attendees can register below and either pay on-line at the link below or mail a check to the address at the bottom of the page.  If you wish to submit your registration in paper form CLICK HERE , save the form, fill it out, pirnt it and mail it into the address below.  Or, you can still mail it in and pay on-line, or scan it, email it to convention2010@afsa951.org and pay on-line.  So many choices.

You will be able to make a payment for multiple atendees, just indicate on the registration below that you are doing so and fill in the names of others you are paying for.  As a reminder, all atendees need to register seperately.  They can indicate that someone else is paying their registration fee.

Want to go to Deadwood?  Check the box at the bottom.  There is a seperate charge of $25 in addition to the registration.  This will pay for the bus ride to/from Deadwood, a buffet dinner, free drink coupon, slots tournament and much more.  If you are not riding the bus and meeting us there the cost will be $20 and you can pay at the Casino.
